To access the Conquer Cancer Application Portal to complete your post-award activities, please visit. Click Log-in in the top right corner, and use your ASCO member account credentials to sign in. For assistance with log-in, contact ASCO Customer Service.

All reports and change requests must be submitted through the Conquer Cancer Application Portal. Conquer Cancer expects timely and accurate submissions of progress and expenditure reports. Please see the below instructions for guidance in the submission process.

At the end of your award period, any unused grant funds must be returned to Conquer Cancer at the address below. Please complete and attach this Returned Funds Template to the check:

Acknowledging Conquer Cancer

Conquer Cancer and the funder of your grant (if applicable) must be acknowledged when submitting the results of your research project for publication, presentation (including posters), or other public release. In the event that your research results are published or otherwise publicly released either during or after your award period, Conquer Cancer must be provided with a copy of such publication or public release. All publications and public releases must include the following acknowledgment language or refer to your award agreement for details:

"This work was funded by a Conquer Cancer [name of award]. Any opinions, findings, and conclusions expressed in this material are those of the author(s) and do not necessarily reflect those of the American Society of Clinical Oncology® or Conquer Cancer® [or funder name if applicable]."
