Milestones Toolkit for Hematology-Oncology Training Programs

Welcome to the Milestones Toolkit for Hematology Oncology Training Program Directors! The assessment tools below utilize the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) Hematology Oncology Milestones. The Milestones were designed by the ACGME to provide a framework for the assessment of the fellow. They do not represent the entirety of the six domains of physician competency. These tools were designed to streamline assessment and to hopefully provide more granular data of training progress. Fellowship programs are not required to use these tools for their assessment. The ACGME requires that fellowship programs use multiple evaluators to provide information to the Clinical Competency Committee for its synthesis of performance. The tools listed below were assembled and reviewed by members of a Milestones Work Group.
