Membership Fees

The American Society of Clinical Oncology and the Association for Clinical Oncology (collectively, ASCO) offers membership for all members of the cancer care team, with the same resources, products, and publications available to all.

Our new and improved online application will determine if you qualify for any discounts based on your career stage, job role, or country of practice.

Membership connects you to a global network of oncology professionals, provide savings and access to member benefits, and amplifies your oncology voice by providing policy and advocacy support. The unique knowledge and experience each of our members bring the highest quality resources in education, policy, the pioneering of clinical research, and above all, advancing the care for patients with cancer.

Please note that membership is not available to physicians or others who are employed or primarily consult in the fields of sales, marketing, financial planning and analysis, business development, or the media.

Dues paid to the Association will not be tax-deductible as charitable contributions, although they may be tax-deductible as ordinary and necessary business expenses. A certain portion of dues paid to the Association will not be deductible as ordinary and necessary business expenses, as they will be allocated to lobbying activities. The Association estimates that this portion will be no more than 9% of each member’s dues for 2024. Please contact your tax advisor for additional information.
