If you participate in ASCO’s Automatic Membership Renewal Program, we will automatically renew your membership each year using the credit card you provided. 

The Automatic Membership Renewal process occurs as follows: 

  1. On the first day of your membership expiration month, you will be charged using the credit card information that has been saved in a secure and encrypted file from your most recent membership transaction, or the credit card that you requested ASCO to use for Automatic Membership Renewal.

  2. If your card information is valid, you will receive an email notification approximately 7 days before you are charged. 

  3. If your credit card has expired or if we encounter difficulties while validating your card on file, you will receive an email notification 30 days before the automatic renewal date. 

  4. Upon successfully completing the credit card purchase, your membership will be immediately renewed, and you will receive an email confirmation. 

  5. If you wish to update your card or opt out of the Automatic Membership Renewal program, you may do so at any time before the automatic renewal date. 
     

Please note that Automatic Membership Renewal is only available as an annual process. Members will only be charged at the one-year rate.
