The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) has extended the deadline to apply for the Enhancing Oncology Model (EOM) by 10 days to October 10, 2022 at 11:59 p.m. ET.

Interested practices may review the Enhancing Oncology Model Request for Applications for assistance completing the application. Additional resources on the EOM website include information on program eligibility, payment methodology, quality strategy, application timelines for Physician Group Practices (PGPs) and payer applicants, and updated answers to frequently asked questions.

EOM applications must be submitted through the EOM RFA Application Portal. EOM applications are non-binding, and CMS does not expect to offer another application period or extend the current application period beyond October 10.
